What professional standards do you adhere to?

I am a proud member of the Society of Virtual Assistants, ensuring that I uphold the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in all my services.

How do I keep track of the time spent on tasks?

I provide a detailed timesheet each month, clearly outlining the tasks completed and the time spent on each. Additionally, at the start of each workday, you’ll receive an email from me outlining the planned tasks for the day.

How do we exchange documents securely?

I utilise WeTransfer for secure document exchange. Alternatively, if you have an online or cloud-based system, I can work directly within your preferred platform.

How can we communicate outside of agreed working hours?

For any quick questions or urgent matters, I set up a WhatsApp chat to ensure seamless communication, even outside of regular working hours.

Can you work on-site at our office?

While my services are primarily remote, I can arrange on-site visits within London. Please note that travel time will be included in the service hours.
